Yeaaa!!!
I am pretty excited today. Not only am I extremely good looking, but I also just booked a couple tickets to Costa Rica.
You may be curious as to who the other ticket is for... if you are, it is for my girlfriend.
Anyways. Click here and watch this music video. It really has nothing to do with this post but I love this song.

Why oh why
Since I am on a song kick... I watched American Idol the other day. It was the first episode I have seen from this season. They were making eliminations to get down to the top 32 and there was this dude who got cut and they played this background song that I recognized but had no clue who sang it. Anyways, I just love it... so after surfing the web, I was finally able to figure it out.
It is sooooo chill and kinda mesmerizing. I later found out it was played on The OC as well. But whatever, I still like it. It is old too, from the 1990's.

I wanna go Outback tonight!!!
So my gf posted a music video on my facebook wall by Of Montreal called Wraith Pinned to the Mist and Other Games. Like I usually do, I took a good listen!! I thought to myself, Boy oh Boy this song sounds familiar. I looked over to the description and wham bam I made the connection!!!
Outback Steakhouse!!
I used to see this Outback Steakhouse ad all the time about a year ago when I would watch my favourite TV shows like A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila, Coronation Street, Date My Mom, Relocation Relocation, and Just for Laugh: Gags. Every time I heard it I just loved it. So catchy and smooth. I always wondered if it was a legit band or just some random jingle singer. But apparently it is Of Montreal. Take a listen to their music video below!!
Now check out the Outback ad below!
So anyways... If you didn't make the connection the song goes "Let's pretend we don't exist, Let's pretend we're in Antarctica" and the commercial jingle goes "Let's go Outback tonight, life will still be there tomorrow"
SAME THING!
Thank you.

Blogging...
For some reason I have been avoiding my 2 blogs at all cost!
CityofSkies.com and Blogstreetsback.com have seen no love for a long long time.
I will attempt you give you 5 reasons as to why I have slowed down, but even 5 is a struggle.
1. Blogging is seriously a nerdy thing to do. When was the last time anyone has gotten a girl because she knew you blogged? I think the only person who has the power to get a girl because of his blog would be Perez... So like I said, when is the last time anyone has ever gotten a girl because of their blog? Luckily I have other attributes that help me. I have no clue what they are but I can give you the name of someone who might be able to tell you if you have the desire to know.
2. It is hard to make money doing it. Why would I spend hours a day finding things to post when I don't get anything in return? Not only that, I don't even like half the stuff I post but if you want people to come back you need to throw stuff up. My most successful post to date is The Pocket Light. Why in the world have I gotten 60,000 people to visit that post? The gadget sucks as much as Treble Charger... and Gob.
3. Higher risk of getting Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
4. I have heard blogging is a sin
5. This guy blogs... Enough said.

I think it is time!
Oh Saskatoon! Why do I have such a love hate relationship with you?
I figured out what may help with the hate in our relationship! Perhaps buying something that would help me enjoy the beauty you possess? Enjoy your clean air? Embrace the river roads? I just want to hug it out Saskatoon.
I think the only way to do this is to buy a motorcycle. My Jeep is nice but I really want to enjoy the city since it looks like I won't be moving any time soon. I need to buy a motorcycle, one that is older than me! One that I can double people on. One that I can ride around the city. Perhaps one similar to this?
